I have been spamed by email, or Ive seen a spam on a public notice board for your site.
We never spam or advertise in any way that could cause offence. We never collect or send unsolicited emails. We do however run a web masters program. We cannot be held responsable for someone else spamming  to promote our site. But as per our terms and conditions for our webmasters program, we will cancel any spammers on our program without pay. So send the complete reference url of the alleged spam and we will investigate quickly. Any spamming will result in loss of pay and cancelation to our program for that webmaster.
